Returns & Exchanges
Christopher Esber offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry must be returned with the original protective adhesive strips.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Ensure the items are unworn and placed in their original designer packaging, including any dust bags or branded boxes provided.
Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
